Almond Cake
A Spanish style almond cake made with masses of top quality ground almonds, finished with an apricot jam and a delicate water glaze. An all time favourite.

Ginger Cake
Made with real stem ginger, pureed into the cake batter; this gives a warm ginger flavour with no acrid notes.

Kugelhopf
A sublime blend of chocolate chips, almond and pistachio, baked in the classic shape, and finished with a glaze with a hint of Kirsch.

Carrot Cake
A triple layer of cake made with fresh carrots and walnuts, interleaved with layers of cream cheese butter cream.
